Neat Video & Neat Image community

I have problem with neat video 2.6 pro on sony vegas 10..
Neat video windows to ( device noise profile ) is too small:

After I click ( auto profile ) button it came message or error..

I have change all settings to neat video, tools-> preferences and no luck..
Also i have uninstall neat video, delete all foders and registy an install again still same problem..
My video score is 1920x1080 MTS

I have no idea what to do..

What frame size is reported by Neat Video (under the viewer in its main window)?

Have you set the preview quality to full/max in Vegas?

Frame size is 180x94, 8-bit RGB, can be change!!! and how.

In Vegas, select the preview quality to be Maximum. Use the controls of the viewer in Vegas, one of them sets the preview quality.
