Neat Video & Neat Image community

HI, just downloaded Neat Video and have to say I am very impressed. Has anybody used Neat Video in conjunction with Color 1.5? I applied my noise reduction to my Sequence (FCP) rendered it in FCP and sent it to Color. When I opened it in color the clips did not have the noise correction. I'm guessing this may be a Color issue. I did a color grade in Color and sent it to FCP then applied the noise reduction and it is currently rendering. I'm guessing this will have to be my workflow, with the grade before the noise reduction? Any insight would be appreciated. Thanks

From the technical point of view, Color does not fully support the plug-in functionality required by such plug-ins so it cannot directly use Neat Video plug-in. FCP and Motion can use it, so it is a good idea to apply noise reduction using of those host applications.

Regarding the workflow (before or after color grading), it will work both ways, so it is mostly a matter of preference and simplicity of the workflow.
