Reducing noise in live video

I'm streaming live video on Ustream. Can Neat Video reduce noise in live video? If so, what would I plug it into, and if not, is there live video software that does reduce video noise?

Neat Video is a plug-in for one of the supported host applications. If you can use one of those applications to do stream video processing and there is enough processing power to let Neat Video process video in real time then it will work.
