OFX vs native Vegas

With Vegas 11 supporting OFX, is there a difference between using the OFX or the Vegas plugin?
Does OFX have the same limitations using temporal filtering?
Do you plan to drop native Vegas support (and lower the price of OFX)?

The OFX support in Vegas is still not most reliable. Which is why we do not currently support it in our OFX plug-in but may add such support later. Generally, there wouldn't much difference in quality in comparison with the currently available native Vegas version of Neat Video.

Lack of support 32-bit pixel format is big issue and we, sony vegas users, are waiting for OFX version. We hope that it will occur soon. If the OFX support in Vegas wasn't reliable, there would be no OFX plugins for Vegas on the market.

You do not want to cut price of OFX version, and Vegas users do not want to pay twice the price for OFX version, so there are no issues with Vegas OFX API, there is a issue with your OFX version pricing policy.

If you think there are no issues there, I recommend to check the number of the OFX-specific bugs mentioned in the current plug-in SDK offered for Vegas.

Regarding pricing, that is an unrelated issue and it can quite easily be resolved.
