Hello,

First of all sorry if it's hard to understand my writings ; I'm french and I'm not very good in english.

My problem is that Neat Video reduce noise only on a certain part of my videos... I explain myself.

I work on Premiere Pro CS3.
So.
I apply the Noise Reducer filter on my video.
I enter the configuration pannel of the filter.
I make my profile.
Then I go into "Noise Filter Settings". I click on "preview", there is a square on the screen that shows me how it looks when it's "denoised"... but the clean render remains within the square. So around there's still noise.
After that I click on "Apply".

Then the filter window disappear and I return in Premiere Pro... And then, only a certain part of the video seems denoised.

This is an image to show you... At the left the filter is disabled, at the right it's activated.

Is this normal ? How can I fix this ?

Thank you :)

Which version (number) and edition (Demo/Home/Pro) of Neat Video plug-in do you use?

Thank you,
Vlad

Hi,

Thanks for your answer.

2.2.0.0 and there's written that it is a "free" version.

That is an illegally-modified Demo version. Please download the real Demo from our webpage. In any case, the Demo version has a limit - it processes a part of the frame. You will need to purchase a license to lift the limitations.

Best regards,
Vlad
