Video Freezes over the clip that i used neat video on

I am using Pinnacle Studio 12 ultimate. I have the free version of neat video i downloaded to test out before purchasing. It cleans up my clip fairly well but when i play the video back in pinnacle the clip that has neat video on it stays as a still image and the video continues from the next clip - if i delete the effect the whole video runs fine - Can someone explain or help fix this before i buy neat video

Do you play it without rendering (so that is has to render on the fly, as it plays back)? Or do you render out the output clip and then play that clip?
The latter should be fine. The former could not work because it takes a very fast machine to render Neat Video in real time (which is necessary to make such a playback smooth).

Thanks Vlad that sorted it out - it I was letting it render on the fly

Is the newest version of neat Video Pro compatible with Pinnacle Studio 12?

Yes, Pinnacle Studio 12 is supported.
