I just want to thank the people at Neat Image (especially Vlad) for their quick and fruitful response to my upgrade inquiry. Within a few hours I was provided with my misplaced reg # and directed to the download site. I was able to get the latest version of the program which is a GREAT improvement. The speed was noticible immediately. The sharpness of the photograph was preserved much better. I am very happy that I bought this program a year ago.
