good morning to all
First of all I apologize for my modest English
I am a new user and I wanted to know if any of you use it for astrophotography
in astrophotography to eliminate noise must subtract the dark
if I take a picture I can use it as a dark cone noise profile?

Neat Image uses shots of the Calibration Target to build profiles, that usually provides the most accurate results. It is also possible to build profiles using the actual shots - astro shots in your case. However it may be difficult to find an area of the shot without any stars or other sky objects, so it may be easier to shoot the Calibration Target instead. Use the same camera mode and same shooting conditions as you do for actual photos, then the noise in the target will be same as in actual images and the noise profile built using the shot of the target will be accurate for your actual astro shots as well. Please note that a dark shot may be taken by the camera using somewhat different shooting settings, so the noise may be different than in actual shots. Therefore I recommend to shoot the target.

Kind regards,
Vlad

I did not understand ...
the dark frames for astrofotograifa you are taking a picture with the same setting with the cap on the telescope
so you highlight only the noise
how do I take a picture with aperture of 90 seconds at a target?
I apologize for the time that I'm stealing

Set the camera to the settings you use to make astro shots.
Then place a printout of the Calibration Target in front of of the camera/telescope in such a way as to fill the frame with the Target. Make a shot. Then use that shot to make a noise profile.
