Neat Video & Neat Image community

I wolud like to know if I can use Neat Image from LightRoom ?? If yes How??
Should I buy the stand alone or plugine version??

It is possible to set up the standalone Neat Image as an external editor in Lightroom. That is described in the user guide of the standalone Neat Image.
