Neat Video & Neat Image community

I have standard def fireworks video I'm working on. The problem I run into is that the apparent noise level varies between dark portions and places where the fireworks mortars explode and reveal more noise.

Any tips/suggestions?

I recommend to build a noise profile using a frame where the noise is most visible.
