Configuration settings

Hello, i have a question, and the same for both NV3 and NV4, VirtualDub version.
If on a 64 bits OS, i install both the x86 and x64 version, do they share the settings (a setting modification done in the x64 version will also be for the x86 version, and the other way round), or do they still have separate settings (i can configure the x86 version to work with 15CPU+GPU, and the x64 version to work with 16CPU+GPU) ?
