Neat Video & Neat Image community

Neat Video is giving me the following error when I try to save my VirtualDub settings:

I get the error when I have not saved the current clip and when I have saved my NV profile and preset.

I get the following error when trying to load settings into VirtualDub:

So why am I getting the errors?

Problem solved. I evidently made a mistake trying it before. Saving the profile, saving the preset, then clicking Apply does work.
