I've a little trouble with the flickering.

On very old film based movies, you can see flickering.

But, on this the specific case of "very old film based movies", is it frame flickering or local flickering ?

Does it flicker in the whole frame or in some areas only?
In the first case it is frame flicker. In the latter it is local flicker.

I've difficulty to realy see, this is why, in the first place, i wanted to know what kind of flickering is the most common on old movies (if there is one) : frame or local ?

That is difficult to tell. I personally saw more examples of local flicker in such videos.
