Pesky wobbling after applying NV to audience shot

I have this pesky audience shot that was recorded 720p (instead of our normal 1080), without house lights on.

It cleaned up nicely thanks to NV (yay!!) but the far wall has a "wobbling" that I can't get rid of (I've tried playing with the "Jitter of Details" Threshold, and the "Noise Reduction Amount" under "Temporal Noise", without success.

Could anyone suggest what setting will best eliminate the wobbling artifact?

Here's a link to two samples:

POST-CLEAN (with wobble): https://youtu.be/ZXrEKo4aW6E

Thank you!
:-) Rob

Is opening a support ticket the more preferred way to get help? I thought perhaps the forum might be the best "first place" but looking at the activity here I'm wondering if I was mistaken.

NOTE -- I've found that increasing the RADIUS seems to have helped a LOT. Is there something else I should look at too?
