Yes, the after version looks much better, it is clean and there are no ghosting artifacts.

after version is better, but has a few of noises that before version hasn't.
2 question:
1-Are my steps correct? (select an uniform area-auto profile and apply)
2-If I use auto profile(with selected area)in device noise profile, are noise filter setting options obsolete?

1. it looks correct but I would really go through the user guide at least once to be sure.

2. no, noise filter settings are not affected by profile; I recommend to set the filter to the default settings and build a good profile first; then adjust settings, if necessary

excuse me,if I use "select area" to auto profile, are other setting(in noise filter setting)obsolete?

that is,if a select auto profile Will I get the same result if in noise filter setting there is 60% of luminance or 0% of luminance(because neatvideo in this case look at only auto profile and not noise filter setting)?

No, this is not correct interpretation.

Neat Video use BOTH noise profile AND filter settings. To get accurate noise reduction you need an accurate noise profile. To achieve the desired level of noise reduction you have to adjust the filter settings, noise reduction amounts in the first place.

Dust and scratches are not noise, so they are not removed by Neat Video. You may want to use a specialized dust&scratches filter to remove those random spots.

I guess it can remove some noise from that, but there may be more than noise, for example some scan line issues, etc. You have to try to see what you can achieve with NV alone.
