Can't find Neat in Resolve 16.2

I have just purchased Neat Video v5 for Resolve . I'm using resolve 16.2. The installation seemed to go well and it said it was installed in the library. However I cannot see it under OpenFX in the Resolve color page. In fact no plug ins or even a Library shows up when I choose the OpenFX button in Resolve.
