does warp stabilizer produce better results after or before Neat?

Hi,
I'm restoring very old footage and Neat has been awesome. I have read the support articles abotu order of operations as far as system performance. I'm using nested clips so that's not an issue. I am wondering if Warp Stabliizer will produce better results if it analyzes footage that has already been processed by Neat. Or does Neat possibly blur details, causing Warp Stabilizer to not work as well?
