Neat Video & Neat Image community

I'm currently using Pinnacle Studio Plus 12 and I've gotten the neat video to work, however, when I try to add additional effects - specifically speed, it's greyed out and I haven't figured out a way around it.

Anyone have any clues, hints, or answers?

This seems to be a limitation of Pinnacle Studio itself. If you add just Speed then you also cannot add more effects like Stabilize. I think this is related to effects that work with several frames at a time (temporal processing).
