First and Last Frame of Each Clip with Problems

Post by plugues »

I'm very impressed with the results of Neat Video on Final Cut Pro.
However, for some weird reason, the very first and last frame of each clip I render with Reduce Noise are coming out about 50% "edgier" than the rest of the frames. I can obviously work around this by adding the two extra frames, rendering, exporting, then cutting those frames out.

Is this a known bug?

this had something to do with temporal radius filter set to 1 and the clipe floating by itself on the timeline. solved it setting filter to 0. still, it's a problem. suppose i wanted to use this filter, i could never apply it to a single clip on a timeline?

Could you clarify what you mean by "edgier"? Darker?

Thank you,
