Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hi, I just purchased FCP NV Pro version. When I open my project in FCP I see Neat Video in the filter section. However, when I try to use it on a clip, I get the window informing me that this is the Demo version. And when I try to apply the filter, it seems nothing has happened to the clip. I've watched the creative cow tutorial and followed those instructions. Same result. Any suggestions, many thanks!

Could you post the solution to this problem so we all can find out how to by pass the DEMO version?

Normally, it is sufficient to close FCP and install the Pro plug-in. It will replace the Demo automatically. If this didn't work, please still close FCP, delete this folder:
/Applications/Neat Video for Final Cut/
and then re-install the Pro plug-in.
