Premiere CS5 DSLR Workflow

Hey, just interested in everyones DSLR workflow using PPRO. Is anyone doing batch de noising then encoding to ProRes and re ingesting? Or are you guys using Neat Video as the first layer in a chain of FX and color correcting/grading in layers after Neat. Thanks!
