Neat Video & Neat Image community

It seems that the installation of the version 3.6 does not give any default location where the plug in should be installed if you have the latest version 13 of Premier Elements.
I found out by trial and error that the correct place is at least in my PC
C:\Program Files\Adobe\Adobe Premiere Elements 13\Plug-Ins\Common

Seems to work OK at least with the HD video (1920x1080).

Perhaps this infiormation should be added in the download page of the software.

Normally, the installer should be able to identify the location of the right folder but for that functionality to work, the host application must specify that location in the right place. Apparently PRE13 on your machine did not do that for some reason. Copying the plug-in to that folder should work too though, but that is an exception rather than norm for PRE13 and Neat Video.
