Neat Video & Neat Image community

I have had the demo loaded for almost a year and have not been able to use it because it does not automatically show up in my program as it is supposed to.
How can I manually load it or determine if something on my PC might be prohibiting it? Please please help me on this if you can. I believe Neat will work wonders for me, but I want to try it out first if I can. THANKS!

Which version of Movie Studio is it?
Is it the 32-bit or 64-bit version of Movie Studio?

Thanks. I have a 64bit PC; 64bit Sony Movie Studio 12 and downloaded the 64bit version of Neat.

'About' doesn't give any indication one way or the other about bit rate. However, I went into help and found under the topic of 'Workflow'; '64 bit support'.

Does using the word 'support' suggest it might not be a 64 bit system but supports 64 bit stuff? Would you suggest downloading the 32 bit version of Neat and see what happens?

Yes, it may very well be the 32-bit version of Studio, it can work in 64-bit Windows too.

Yes, please download and install the 32-bit plug-in for a test.

You nailed it!! Loaded the 32 perfectly. Most of the work I am doing is largely 720 x 480, but my first sample on 640 worked well enough to probably be a buyer. Thanks for all your help and responding to my request so incredibly fast!
