NV Cropping footage

Can someone please tell me why NV crops my 4k footage in Premiere CC? When I scale the footage up to compensate and then render the selection NV still crops the footage. Only way to get rid of the cropping is disable NV.
Please help!!!!

Are you sure it is NV who crops it, not Premiere itself (when sending frames to NV for processing)? Theoretically either side can do that, so I would not jump to conclusions before running some direct tests with debugger.
Could you prepare a small reproducible test case (a smallest possible test project with a very short clip, a 1 second should be enough) and e-mail it to support [at] neatvideo.com for direct tests?

Thanks Vlad. I just realized I round tripped from Premiere to Resolve and back. I think something must have happened on the footage on the round trip. I will test on a separate sequence with different footage and email support if needed.
