Neat Video & Neat Image community

Since update of FCPX 10.2.1, plugin has either showed a black screen in preview or video below the video that the filter has been applied to (Show A-roll Clip instead of B-roll clip). I was using version 3 and thought that purchasing version 4 would solve problem, but that didn't fix it either, after downloading and installing. Any ideas on how to get it working again?

So the problem started after update of FCPX to 10.2.1, is that correct?
FCPX itself changed and that triggered the problem, right?

When you test version 4, do you re-add "Reduce Noise v4" to the clip or you keep the old "Reduce Noise" (which is v3) already applied to the clip?

I just did some more testing. Restarted FCPX erasing the prefrences. Created a new project. And used the old clips and it works great again! I guess killing the pref. make the difference. Not sure why that made a difference, but glad to see it working again.
