ACES compatability

Hi, I'm using Resolve 12 and an ACES workflow, when I try to add Neat at the end of the chain ie the last node, it doesn't see any of the corrections made and tries to noise reduce a non-ACES image.

This of course doesn't work.

Help!

This may be a bug/feature/limitation of Resolve itself..

Could you prepare a small test project allowing to reproduce this problem directly? Please e-mail the project to support [at] neatvideo.com for direct tests. Then we will be able to find out more.

Thank you,
Vlad

Do you want the project file plus the rushes?

I can cut down the rushes as they're frame based C500 .rmf

If you can reproduce this using the clip from our testkit then we will only need the project itself because we already have the clip.

Thank you,

I don't think I can use the test kit because I need a file form that Has an ACES IDT...

I've uploaded a folder called "Neat"

If you want to share files the use the CML-FTP site.....
Site: ftp.geoffboy.myzen.co.uk
User:*******
Pass: *******

There is only one RAW frame there but the project file is there as well.

Thank you, we have downloaded the project file and one frame. We will try to reproduce the problem using these.

Please note that this forum is public so it may be not secure to publish the account information like this. I recommend to remove it.

Thank you,

I have anonymised it but it is the open FTP site for cinematography mailing list members so there are thousands of people with access to it!

Unfortunately we couldn't open this test project, it just doesn't show the clip/frame. Could you double-check it please?

Thank you,
Vlad
