Neat Video & Neat Image community

Hello
First time on this forum and I hope someone can help.
I have an iMac desktop running system El Capitan.
Neat ran flawlessly until it came out with update. Now I cannot scan anything
I went to Neat Diagnostics and everything is green except Driver installation.
I have uninstalled and reinstalled NEAT 3X's and I am still not able to scan.
Driver is not not installed...what am I not doing correctly.
