How would you remove noise from this shot?

Hello guys I am finishing short movies and after color grade I decided to remove noise from couple shots, I came to this problematic shot where how much methods i try the noise is not removed to my satisfaction and there is some strange movement of pixels in the left upper corner of the frame.
Please, I dont know what to do anymore ... How would you remove noise from this shot?
