Different results with CPU and GPU (NeatVideo Pro 4.1.3)

Hello,
I´m getting totally different noise reduction results if I switch from CPU (Dual Xeon 6 core) to GPU (GTX 970).
Using both CPU and GPU combined is also not an option, because the resulting image is split into two different looking areas.
I´ve uploaded images of the 3 cases (CPU only, GPU only, CPU and GPU) here:
www.3dpictureworks.at/download/Comparison.zip
Would be great if there is a workaround or fix for this, because we have many 4k sequences to composite and this takes much longer with only the CPU. Thanks in advance!
Thomas

Please kindly contact Neat Video support via support [at] neatvideo.com
and describe in that e-mail the following points:
- your hardware setup in more details;
- version of the video driver;
- version of the host application;
- OS version.

Please also attach a small test project (with source clip) that allows to reproduce the problem when running on your computer. We will run it on our computers and hopefully reproduce the problem.

Thank you,
Vlad

Hello.

Once investigations will be over, i'm interested in the results.

Thanks.

Do you have results or are you still investigating ?

We have found a bug and are preparing an update. The issue shows up in very specific conditions so it is not easy to reproduce.

Do you have by any chance a rought EAT ?
Are we talking of days, weeks, months ?

Likely days. Please be patient.

I'm not impatient. It's hard sometimes, with no native langage, to ask things without being misunderstood.

I just wanted to have a rough estimation of how i have to wait. It's not waiting who bothers me, it was just not having, even rough, the time i have to wait.

Edit : Without, even rough, an aproximate estimation of the time, it's difficult to make a decision : Will i stall everything until the update or not ? It's (Edit 2) not being impatient, it's just about organisation.

Anyway, thanks for the answer, and saying we're more talking of days than weeks, it's even better. :D
