Davinci -NV4 returns odd frames when used on retimed clips

I am using the latest NV 4.1.3 on re-timed (400% speed change) on Resolve 12.5

NV Temporal Filter is enabled.
CPU only is used.

Problem is that Neat Video outputs other frames than the ones fed into it!

Changing the Temporal Filter's radius is also changing the sequence of frames that are rendered from the plug in. (Wrong sequence)

When Spatial Filtering only is used, the frame sequence is outputed correctly.

Help!

EDIT: Footage was RED R3D

As i continue to work on the project i found out that occasionally Neat Video 4.1.3 exports out of sequence frames even when it is applied on clips that are not re-timed.

Trying to find a workaround until this is issue is somehow addressed.

If it outputs an incorrect sequence, that means its input sequence of frames provided by Resolve is incorrect too.

We need to reproduce this on our computers to study the problem in details. Could you prepare a small test project using the clip from our testkit, verify that the problem is reproducible and then sent the test project to support [at] neatvideo.com for analysis?

Thank you,
Vlad

After updating to NV 4.1.4 it looks like the situation has somehow improved. Need to do further testing. I will post again here if i experience the same weird behavior.
