Premiere Pro multi GPU

Hi,
I have 4 video cards (3 x 2080ti and 1 x 1080ti) and I can't use GPU to render neat video (v4.8.5, Premiere 13.1.5) .
If I try to use CPU and GPU (or only GPU) The render stop and I have this message (and premiere crash)

The problem is still present even if I chose to use only 1 of my GPU (or if I choose to reduce the memory used by the GPU).
CPU only is working.

I don't necesserary want to use all my 4 GPU if it's not possible but is there a way to use 1 or 2?

Edit: I tried in after effect, I have the same problem and I tried with the demo of the V5 in premiere I have also the same problem.
Edit 2: if I disable my GPUs from the device manage of windows (I only keep enable the primary display card) it works (I tried with différents cards as primary) but if I enable 1 more GPU It crash.

Thanks

In Neat Video Preferences > Performance, you can control which of the available GPUs to use for Neat Video processing and how much of the GPU memory to let it use. I recommend to try limiting Neat Video to one of those GPUs (perhaps one of 2080ti) and then running the render for a test.

That what I tried first, but whatever the GPU I choose it always crash.

The only way I find to use a GPU is to disabling 3 GPUs from the device manage of windows and keeping enable the primary display card. In that case it works (but if I enable 1 more GPU It crash).

Do you think there is a better solution or what setting can I check?

Thanks
Julien

Please try to run Neat Bench to check if it is able to complete its test or it shows similar errors.

Thank you,
Vlad

I tried the bench, it succed (log file: https://wetransfer.com/downloads/ebd019 ... 350/a35c35)

I made some other tests and I don't have any crash with HD.
But with UHD it always crash when I use GPU (I tried with XAVC from a Sony FS5 and Prores 422 from an Inspire 2)

Thank you for testing NeatBench.

Please try to run it in 4k resolution too using this command:
NeatBench5 3840x2160

Thank you,
Vlad

Thank you for checking. We will try to figure out what could be causing that.
