I have just purchased Neat Video and have the latest version. Going into Neat Video preferences, I see that GPU processing is not available. The troubleshooting section says install the latest OpenCL drivers for your card. Running Windows 10 latest version.

I have OpenCLâ„¢ Version 6.14.10.14008 and Adobe Premiere CC 2015.3 has no problem enabling Mercury GPU Acceleration in my video project. What am I doing wrong? My video driver is version 16.9.2.

Are you sure you're running the latest version of OpenCL?

I have a Radeon R7 360 card and it is running version 21.19.151.3 of OpenCL. The OpenGL version is identical to yours.

Similarly, your version of the "AMD Mantle API" is 98310, mine is 102400. And your Driver Packaging Version begins 16.40.2311, mine begins 16.40.2715.

HTH.
