Problem Compressing in Vegas 8.0

When i compress the video after using Neat Video, the video comes out just black with the audio playing? How can I fix this?

If you don't compress it using the codec you use now, does it also come out black? Is preview in Vegas also black?

Even If i compress it with a different codec it comes out Black. In vegas I can view the video though.

I guess the problem is either in codec or Vegas. Try to save without compression, perhaps that will make a difference.

But i need to use Xvid so it looks good in Youtube >.> ;_;
Well this is what I did:
1. Used Neat Video in VirtualDub
2. Took Video and put it in Vegas to edit it
3. Tried compressing but got a black screen
But even when i used Neat Video in Vegas it showed a black screen
so i uninstalled neat video in Vegas and used VirtualDub with it instead, it compresses fine in virtualdub but the effects I use are only available in Vegas

Can you send me a small sample vegas project that demonstrates the effect if I render it on my computer?
