Neat Video & Neat Image community

After applying neat video to a clip on the time line, I can see the effect in the effects list, and can adjust the 3 parameters there, but when I click on the icon to go into the setup window, premiere throws a "serious error has occurred" error. Anyone have this happen?

Not yet, but thank you for sending in the test project, we will try to reproduce the crash using our test computers and determine the cause of the problem.
