Neat Video & Neat Image community

I purchased the plug in after editing a project that was too grainy. It cleared up the grainy video, but now I have what I guess you could say are scan lines in the video. I'm using premiere cs4. What can I do to fix this?

Could you send me a small test project with a short clip and Neat Video applied to it in that project, that would demonstrate the issue after I render the project?

Perhaps there is mismatch of field order in the clip / project and then that would be seen in the test project.
