losing registration & settings in nv for fcp

Hello.
Wanna say, the latest version of Neat Video for FCP loses my registration and my settings every time I start the plugin.
Anybody else?

I mailed it to your team.
/Library/Preferences there are two files. com.absoft.Neat Video FC.plist
and a lock-file.
In /User/Library/Preferences there's no such file you said.
I installed the Plugin to /Library/Plugins/FxPlug folder
via the installer instead of the applications folder because
I don't want it to be there in case of organization!
I've repaired my permissions and I've installed the plugin again.
But I install it at the same position mentioned above.
The problem is still there!

Please install it to /Applications instead. It is not supposed to be installed into FxPlug folder. The installer will add an alias there.

I did it and the problem is still present!
No plist file in User/Library/Preferences created.

I deleted all the files from /HD/Library/Preferences & User/Library/Preferences, from FxPlug and from Applications folder.
I did a permission repair and restarted my machine.
Reinstall into applications-folder - problem is still there!
I use Motion 5 and Final Cut Pro X.

Still happening for me but it won't even accept the rego number now....
Friggin security on this crap is a pain in the butt.
I think since the new motion it has only worked one time on one instance for me, reliability is a plus guys.....
