[VirtualDub] noise reduction only takes effect on small area

Hello community!
I experienced an issue using the noise reduction effect on my 720p movie.
I am using VirtualDub and when I add the NeatVideo effect to the filters, after configuring and so on, the reduction only takes effect on a small area in the upper left corner of the frame. Whats wrong with it?
I noticed, when using interlaced mode instead of progressive, the area gets bigger but still doesnt effect the whole frame!
