Pinnacle Studio 16 is not yet in the compatibility lists (as you can see in the Download page and in the Feature map page). The latest version of Pinnacle Studio able to use the plug-in is version 15, as specified there. If you can use Pinnacle Studio 15 please try that. If you cannot use any version except 16, please contact sales [at] neatvideo.com to cancel your order.
Always test a try-before-buy software before purchasing it.
