Neat Video & Neat Image community

I just seen a video on YouTube, showing different deinterlacing methods.

Clearly of the methods shown, TempGaussMC was the superior. It has since been surpassed by QTGMC...both of these are very slow...and given your wizardry with fast quality noise removal (Neat 30fps vs MCTemporalDenoise 5fps). I was hoping that maybe you guys could look into making a fast quality deinterlacer.

Thank you for the suggestion. This may not be compatible with the video effect plug-in specifications (usually it is not supposed to change the scan type of the video data) but perhaps some other ways could be possible. I will add this to the wish list for future work.
