Neat Video & Neat Image community

I'm hoping this will get added to the to-do list.

I'd find it really handy if NV would not only support Dot Crawl & Rainbow removal...but allow it to be done prior to general noise removal...as I fear it probably screws with noise profiling.

I'm doing this currently with AviSynth using TComb...but it doesn't support objects in motion....and it's slow.
