Support for Nucoda Film Master

We use Nucoda grading suite and really wish we could use the NV plugin within it. According to wikipedia Nucoda supports OpenFX (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OpenFX_(API)) so what would it take to make this happen? I personally know the developers at the manufacturer Digital Vision if that helps?
