Neat Video & Neat Image community

Is there a plan to make NeatVideo a standalone application instead of a plug-in? Since it's always utilized first in the fx chain, would be nice to process all your clips first and save them all as "clean versions" before editing. Sort of like a batch export. While you're at it, add the ability to export as Prores or DNxHD. Here's wishing it'll come true...

The combination of plug-in and host application together can play a role of such a standalone application now, with all the immediately available benefits of support for any desired file format that you normally work with. Duplicating that functionality in Neat Video itself would take a lot of time, which could be otherwise spent on something more useful like improving the noise filter itself.

Anyway, thank you for the suggestion. I hope you can find a way to use your host application+plug-in a dedicated denoising tool to pre-process the footage before using it in your main project.
