Probably something too. Do not expect much though, because the main limiting factor is the hardware which is still the same.

Yes. Thank you indeed!

Am just testing the new version under, for me, pretty "demanding" conditions - a 2 minute clip, AVCHD file, running as VD plug-in within MAGIX Video Pro X 2.5 - render time seems much improved over previous version and initial preview suggests even better final output!

I've made some filtering with the x64 pluggin version, and i've the feeling, at least for the x64 version, that speed has been improved since 2.2 version.
