while adjusting the parameters, I often want to see how certain setting affects to different frames. So I want to request a feature to allow users to bookmarks frames in the timeline so we can quickly jump back and forth.

It may be quite difficult to support because VirtualDub does not offer plug-ins access to an arbitrary frame from the clip, only to the current one.
