Made Purchase / No Download Info

I purchased NeatVideo via SWReg 5/4, PayPal says transaction is completed and money has been received. I have a receipt and order # from SWReq but I never received a way to download the software.
Ive sent 3 emails to you (NeatVideo) with no response.
Also, I purchased V3 on the 5/4 and you released V4 on 5/5 will I receive V4 since I have not received any product at all.

Yes, we did receive your e-mails and always replied. It looks like there is a problem on your side of e-mail delivery process if you do not see our e-mails. Perhaps spam filters?
Could you send us an alternative e-mail address to contact you? For example, a gmail address.

Apparently our e-mails did not reach you for some reason, probably due to spam filtration at your e-mail server. Yes, we received your e-mails and always replied.
Do you have an alternative e-mail adrress, for example at gmail?

wait...it says PM is disabled on this forum. I would prefer to not post my email on a public forum. Is there a way I can send it to you directly? I guess I will send it to the 4 email addresses that I've sent all my other requests?
