Hi.
I purchased Neat Image (#U702334201) on January 5th and expected an instruction e-mail the following day. I sent a querying e-mail that day (6th) but haven't heard anything. I've checked both e-mail accounts I use and still no word, and I have a backlog of images to work on.
I know with the New Year and everything orders can fall a bit behind, however I really would appreciate receiving my order soon!

It is not about holidays, it is about e-mail delivery. We did send the license and download instruction on Jan 5 and re-sent on your request (we received your e-mail) on Jan 6, to both addresses specified in the order. It is possible there is some kind of filter on your side, perhaps a spam filter, which kills our e-mails.

I will now re-send you that e-mail using a message in this forum.

Having read the other messages on this topic I did wonder if there might be a holdup at my end.

Thank you very much for sending the e-mail via the Forum. I've just downloaded and installed Neat Image and it's working fine.
