Building noise profiles for digital camera

Hi,
I would like to build some noise profiles for my digital camera using the usual NeatImage chart. I believe I will have to make profiles for each ISO setting of the camera (50, 100, etc.). Do you believe I should also make different profiles for different white balance settings (tungsten, sun, cloudy, etc.)?

Not really. Auto balance tends to have only secondary influence on noise. Consider building profiles for different ISO rates, in-camera sharpness adjustment levels, JPEG compression levels, resolutions. - These factors influence the noise in the first place.
