I upgraded to a new and faster dual processor G5 with 2.5GB RAM and NeatImage (3.02) stopped working properly (the actual noise reduction step is still OK, but it throws the error message listed in the subject (actually, with a spelling error) and refuses to show a preview.
I reinstalled NeatImage -- but the problem persisted. I believe I'm using the latest version (v3.02 Pro) on Photoshop CS2.
Here's a screen shot of the problem:
Is this a known problem? With a known solution?
Thanks,
Robert

Unfortunately the screenshot doesn't show the caption of the plug-in window - there should be the version number. There was a problem like this in one of the earlier versions and we did take some measures to fix it. I guess this is just an older version on your computer. Could you send a screenshot with the visible caption to MacSupport at neatimage.com? And also please fill out the bug report form. This can help as well.
Thank you,
