I found a 5mos old clip that's a big help, which, if you're a Blender / Neat / DaVinci fellow - may be useful to you.
https://youtu.be/HH8lP1KmtHE
Q: For Neat Video to work optimally, what would be the best Blender v3.5 render settings for NEAT VIDEO in DaVinci Resolve Studio 18?
Q: Would it be best to omit HDR lighting and/or compositing in which there is denoise, glow & several other node settings?
Q: How much do the Blender compositor, HDR & denoise settings effect Neat Video's performance, including DaVinci Node effects??
I render at 120fps, then, in DaVinci Resolve Studio, Speed Change to 30fps for ultra smooth slow motion. Using OPTIX for denoise, @.01

Re: Blender v3.5 Render Settings for DaVinvi Resolve?
Didn't post the whole image! Had to clip them to 'fit' the forum limitations, they were 1920x1080 Denoise, I often use 'Optix' insomuch, I have a 4090 and 24 core AMD and 256gb RAM.

Re: Blender v3.5 Render Settings for DaVinvi Resolve?
Here are my notes:
If you use these approximate Blender & DaVinci settings, with Neat Video, then Neat Video effortlessly and seamlessly sharpens the clip.
HARDWARE & SOFTWARE
Blender 3.6 on Experimental
DaVinci Resolve Studio 18.5
Neat Video NOTE: Just use the automatic default settings - no need for manual tweaking
Topaz Video AI
4090 w/256GB RAM & AMD 24 Core 3960 Water Cooled
RENDER TIMES
37sec render time 4090 & 256gb RAM without denoise
92sec with Spatial Splits & Use Curves BVH
90sec with demoise
120sec with denoise & compositor
BEST RENDER
14sec @2048 Max Samples with Spatial, Splits & Curves & Composite, Medium Contrast, Filmic 120fps. with Spatial, Splits & Curves & Composite, Linear to sRGB

RENDER SETTINGS
Noise 0.03 (Necessary)
Max Samples
16384 / 8192 / 4096 / *2048 / 1024 / 512 (2048 was plenty high res)
Default Denoise (Not Optix, in fact, Neat Video works better if I uncheck 'denoise')
IMPORTANT: Turn on Advanced Seed (Randomizes Noise Pattern)
LIGHT TREE
Light Tree (Checked)
LIGHT PATHS
Possible set them all to '1' (One) and, if necessary tweak from there:
