Trying to remove banding

Hi there,

I've been following the recent tutorial posted on YouTube using Filter Settings Checks,

However, I am trying to remove flashing bands on a short clip without much success. I have included the attached clip.

Could anyone point me to where I should focus my efforts?

I do not see an attached clip, only a screenshot showing one frame.

The flicker reduction controls are all in the Temporal Filter, so it is best to adjust those there. The Spatial Filter will not help much in this situation.

Please re-watch the referenced tutorial on Youtube, it shows those controls in the Temporal Filter.
